Dave, a lifelong resident of Effingham, graduated from Effingham High School and Lakeland College. He made a career in the cable business by opening his own business, Awalt Cable Service. He recently retired from that business after 30 years of service and now looks forward to his career in real estate. Dave has personal experience in buying, selling, and remodeling homes in several different markets and feels that he can use that knowledge to assist his clients with their buying/selling needs.
