Beth is an Effingham native and resides in Effingham with her husband, Kevin and her daughter, Ava. She is a 2003 graduate of Eastern Illinois University and received her masters degree in Social Work from University of Illinois in 2011. Beth has been a Realtor since 2007 and is a member of the Graduate Realtor Institute®, National Association of Realtors®, Illinois Association of Realtors® and the Central Illinois Board of Realtors®. She spends much of her spare time volunteering and serving on the Board for local organizations. His hobbies include reading biographies and renovating/managing his rental properties. Dave, a lifelong resident of Effingham, graduated from Effingham High School and Lakeland College. He made a career in the cable business by opening his own business, Awalt Cable Service. He recently retired from that business after 30 years of service and now looks forward to his career in real estate. Dave has personal experience in buying, selling, and remodeling homes in several different markets and feels that he can use that knowledge to assist his clients with their buying/selling needs. Angie is a long-time resident of Effingham & continues to reside in Effingham with her husband, Allyn, and her three children, Abbie, Mackenzie and Allyn James.
