About Me
After spending several years in a franchise real estate office, Donna decided she could serve her clients better if she opened her own office. In 2011, Smith Realty Group of Effingham, LLC was formed. Donna 's previous experience with restoring and remodeling homes increases her knowledge in listing and selling properties. She prides herself on working well with her customers and making the buying/selling process as stress-free and smooth as possible. Throughout her career, she has been named People's Choice Favorite Realtor numerous times, earned awards in Quality Service, Million Dollar Club, President's Club and more. She is a native resident of Effingham with strong pride and knowledge of the community and volunteers her time with local Chamber committees. Other than helping her clients, spending time with her grandchildren is at the top of the list. Donna ("coffee queen") is known as the go to for coffee advice! Her motto, the quicker it can get up and walk the better.
